How It Works

  1. 01

    Consultation

Your dermatologist evaluates your facial structure, skin quality, and goals to recommend the right filler family and treatment plan.

  2. 02

    Treatment

Filler is placed precisely with a fine needle or cannula. Topical numbing keeps you comfortable; most appointments take 30 to 45 minutes.

  3. 03

    Results

You’ll see results immediately. Mild swelling settles over a few days, with final results visible within 2 weeks. Hyaluronic acid fillers last 6 to 18+ months depending on product and area.

What to Expect

  • Immediate visible volume and contour
  • Minimal downtime — mild swelling or bruising possible
  • Hyaluronic acid fillers are reversible if ever needed

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the right filler chosen for me?

Each filler family is engineered for a specific tissue and result. Lips often respond best to soft, flexible products like Juvederm Volbella or Restylane Kysse. Cheeks and jawline benefit from firmer, lifting products like Voluma, Volux, or Restylane Lyft. Your dermatologist matches the product to the area, your anatomy, and your goals.

How long do results last?

Most hyaluronic acid fillers last 6 to 18+ months depending on the product and treatment area. Calcium-based fillers like Radiesse can last 12 to 18 months. Longevity also depends on metabolism, the area treated, and how much product is placed.

Are fillers reversible?

Hyaluronic acid fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, RHA, Belotero) can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if needed. Calcium-based fillers like Radiesse are not reversible, which is why product selection and conservative dosing are important.

Will I look overdone?

Our approach is conservative and natural. We prioritize subtle enhancement and balanced proportions over dramatic change — the goal is for you to look like yourself, refreshed.

Is it painful?

Most patients tolerate filler injections well. Topical numbing cream is applied before treatment, and many fillers contain lidocaine for added comfort during injection.

Is there any downtime?

Most patients return to normal activities the same day. Mild swelling, redness, or bruising at injection sites is common and typically resolves within 3 to 7 days. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours.

What is the difference between fillers and wrinkle relaxers?

Wrinkle relaxers like Botox temporarily relax muscles to soften expression lines. Fillers physically restore volume and refine contours. The two are often used together to address both dynamic and static signs of aging.
